• The Byron Studios Bookings / Client Co-ordinator, will provide Client liaison services including answering enquiries, quoting and booking studios and services. 
• He/she, under the direction of the Director of Operations will provide direct support to the client and be their first point of contact regarding business services including quoting, instructions for invoice, concierge services, booking calendar and follow up, etc
• This position is responsible for the ensuring the client is happy receives timely information, and then informs the business with a written brief of services required. The main objective is client service and satisfaction.

• Taking enquiries from phone and email
• Following up referrals from the sales and marketing team
• Communicating with the client and directing and receiving a client brief
• Formulating a quote for services and confirming with management
• Sending out the quote and assisting in negotiating an outcome
• Write up client brief for instruction to the business and hand over to Operations
• Follow up invoicing for deposits, periodical payments and completion
• Other deliverables as required

Location: Byron Bay/ Northern Rivers - NSW 

The Byron Studios Communications & Marketing Manager, will be an experienced and innovative professional with considerable knowledge and experience in the development and delivery of marketing and communication initiatives.

He/she will be responsible to develop and contribute to the delivery of best-practise and innovative marketing and communication strategies to increase the reach and impact of Byron Studios profile and visibility through the delivery of high value and influential marketing, communication and PR, both nationally and internationally, contributing to the development of new business opportunities.

He/she will responsible for strategic communication and marketing, media and social media engagement and strategically planned opportunities in media, online, print and events.

He/ She will report to the General Manager and will provide direct support to the Sales and New Business Manager.
